My purchase did not arrive

Open the in-game store and tap “Restore purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to buy.

Will I lose progress if I delete the app?

Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it; non-consumable purchases can be restored.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account).
